1. ACCESS AND USE OF THE SITE

1.1 Access to and use of the Site by users (hereinafter, collectively the "Users" and individually the "User") are governed by these general conditions of use (the "General Conditions of Use").
1.2 The use of the Site allows Users to book and/or purchase the Services as further detailed in point 4. and for this purpose the possibility of creating a personal account (the "User Account"). The aforementioned services of booking and/or purchasing the Services, as well as creating the User Account are better defined - for brevity - as "Site Services". By accessing and using the Site, as well as the use of the Site's Services, the User declares to have read, as well as to know and expressly accept these General Conditions of Use.
1.3 GTI may modify or update, in whole or in part, the General Conditions of Use at any time. Changes and updates to the General Conditions of Use will be adopted and will be binding as soon as they are published on the GTI Site. We therefore ask you to access the Site regularly to check the publication of the most recent and updated General Conditions of Use of the Site which they will always have the version number and update date highlighted at the bottom.
1.4 The User is the one and only responsible in relation to the use of the Site. GTI, in fact, cannot be considered responsible for the use of the Site by Users that does not comply with the regulations in force, except in the case of own liability for fraud and gross negligence. In particular, the User will be solely responsible for browsing and accessing the Site, as well as for the use of the Site Services, as well as for the communication of incorrect, false or third party information and data. , without the latter having expressed their consent, as well as for the incorrect use of the same. 2. NAVIGATION ON THE SITE - PURCHASE OF SERVICES

2.1 Browsing the Site is free. The User can freely browse the Site without registering and without having to create his own User Account. However, to use the Services, it is necessary to purchase them after creating a User Account.
2.2 GTI may from time to time request specific consent from the User for the processing of their personal data and/or for the use of cookies or other similar devices. In these cases the User is invited to read the privacy policy.
2.3 Creating a User Account is free. This can be done by registering on the Site. To create a User Account by registering on the Site, the User must complete the appropriate registration form, entering the requested data.
2.4 The creation of a User Account is reserved for natural persons over the age of 14. For minors under the age of 14, the relative consent may be given by the subjects exercising parental responsibility who, furthermore, will have to supervise the activity carried out on the Site by minors for which they have given consent.
2.5 GTI does not, in any case, allow minor Users to purchase products and/or use Services other than information society services, pursuant to art. 8 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. 3. USER OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The User guarantees that the personal data provided during the User Account creation procedure are complete, correct and truthful and the User undertakes to keep GTI harmless and indemnified from any damage, compensation obligation and/or sanction that may arise from actions or omissions by the User or by the falsity or incorrectness of the declarations made or by the violation of the rules regarding registration on the Site and/or the conservation of registration credentials.

4. SECTIONS OF THE SITE, SITE SERVICES AND SERVICES OFFERED TO USERS

4.1 The Site is made up of various sections which the User can access through the dedicated buttons in the Site header or in the navigation links on the Site.
4.2 By accessing the different sections of the Site, Users can use and/or purchase various Services. In this regard, it is specified that the Site is composed - by way of example and not exhaustively - of the following sections:
  • “Regions” section: provides a list of all the territorial areas present and selectable by preference. For each Region there is a specifically dedicated page which includes a narrative part that tells the history of the territory, as well as the related traditions;
  • “Osterias” section: dedicated to all the food proposals presented by GTI which can be selected based on the reference region and the type of product. Within this page the User is allowed to search (using the "search" field) for a product or a typical dish that he wishes to taste within the Park or for example browse the menus of the various restaurants present within the Park.   • “Experiences and Events” section: allows the User to book and/or purchase guided tours within the Park, accompanied by the story of the “Regions” and the discussion of various issues relating to agri-food and biodiversity in Italy, as well as courses , packages (intended as a set of courses and tours, which sometimes also include catering services) and other similar services;
  • “Attractions” section: section dedicated to the discovery of all the areas present in the Park with a relative description of the activities that can be carried out in each space (among the various areas, for example: Go kart track, Luna Farm amusement park, etc.) .
  • “Conference Center” section: allows Users – by filling in the appropriate form – to request information to organize, with the collaboration of GTI, various events, meetings, team building, cooking shows, etc.;
  • “Useful Information” section: provides Users with a series of information relating to: (i) Park opening times and calendar; (ii) FAQ (users' most frequently asked questions); (iii) GTI contacts (telephone number, address, email contact, etc.).

5. PRIVACY POLICY – DATA RELATING TO MINORS

6.5 GTI is also the exclusive owner or has full and legitimate availability of all intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the Site, while the software that allows the operation of the latter is owned by the company Pianetaitalia.com Srl (hereinafter hereinafter “the Software”). In any case, it is strictly prohibited to systematically extract, decompile and/or reuse, in whole or in part, the Site, as well as the Software or any other software and/or database connected to the Site.

7. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

For any dispute arising and/or in any case originating from these General Conditions of Use, the Court of Bologna has exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's Court where applicable by law.
