Each appointment includes cultural in-depth analysis of one or more supply chains starting from tasting and direct knowledge of the products : the approach adopted therefore integrates agronomic, technical, geographical, historical and social aspects and the playful and convivial dimension of sensorial stimulation.

Every Saturday from 11.30 am to 12.30 pm (duration 1h).

Bottaia Classroom inside the park. Access from the main entrance.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The workshop costs €25 and includes the course and product tasting.
