Appointments dedicated to traveling through the times and places of food, discovering the links between food and pleasure, food and culture, food and nature.

These meetings will be dedicated to historical and anthropological aspects such as cooking techniques, utensils, sourcing of products, but also to contemporary food models. We will talk about regional cuisine without neglecting the contradictions increasingly present in food systems.
