(Gnocchetti sardi with tomato sauce, fresh sausage and saffron)

Culurgiones with tomato and basil €14
(Ravioli with the typical ear closure filled with potatoes, pecorino and mint in tomato sauce with basil)

Culurgiones butter and bottarga €16
(Typical Sardinian ravioli with butter and bottarga di muggine) 
 
Second courses
Lentu and Prupedda bread €15
(Fresh sausage wrapped in the typical soft and thin bread. On request with pecorino fuso above)
