Would you like to explore the Italian culinary traditions and learn how to cook typical dishes of different regions?
Join our cooking class and become a chef for one day!
Regional themed meetings: Each lesson will be dedicated to the preparation of typical dishes from a specific region, allowing you to discover and appreciate the culinary variety of Italy.
Traditional recipes: You will learn how to prepare typical regional recipes, using authentic ingredients and traditional techniques.
Expert chefs: You will be guided by the professional chefs of the network of the Slow Food Alliance, with a deep knowledge of Italian regional cuisine. You will discover the cooking techniques but also some curiosities behind each dish.
Interactive experience: Enjoy a friendly and stimulating atmosphere, where you can learn while having fun and sharing your passion for cooking with other people.

The workshops cost 35 € per person.

The course involves the use of fires and cooking equipment, so you must be over 18 to attend the workshop.
