Where?

Bologna classroom inside the park. Access from the main entrance.


How does it work?

These are cooking meetings with chefs from the Slow Food Alliance network.


The contents

Customers will learn some cooking techniques and will try their hand at preparing recipes from the various Italian regions.


How much does it cost?

The workshops cost €60 per person. The cost includes the course, the ingredients used and the equipment entirely offered.
