Birra Baladin has always boasted an intense flavor and aroma reminiscent of the very land from which it is produced. From the hilly Langhe area, one of Italy’s most important craft beer companies has come to FICO. At the Baladin brewery, guests can observe the entire brewing process, from the hops and the other ingredients utilized, to the fermentation processes and the production of the highly-fermented, “real” unpasteurized ales, using only the very best raw materials, striving to maintain a perfect balance of aromas.
