WHEN?
Thursday 17-24 October and 7-14-21-28 November at 8pm.Each course lasts approximately 2 and a half hours.
WHERE?
Aula Bottaia inside the park. Access from the main entrance.HOW DOES IT WORK?
The approach to the world of wine is reserved for a minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 20 and includes 6 meetings (1 per week), 2 and a half hours for each meeting and the tasting of 18 representative wines of Italian enology ( 3 per evening).
The course is held exclusively by sommeliers of the Italian Sommelier Association , official tasters and qualified to teach. The tastings are preceded by a theoretical lesson which involves the use of audio-visual aids and a paper handout which will be given to participants during the first lesson.
At the end of the course, a certificate of participation will be issued.
